Idly - 3 or 4 (Leftover idlis or fresh)
Idly podi - 5 tsp
Gingelly Oil - 3 tsp
METHOD :
Idly - 3 or 4 (Leftover idlis or fresh)
Idly podi - 5 tsp
Gingelly Oil - 3 tsp
METHOD :
- Cut the idlis like french fries.
- Heat a non-stick pan and spread the oil.
- Place the idli pieces without sticking to one another.
- Turn them to otherside when they become golden brown.
- Now add the idly podi and give a stir.
- Keep it on flame for 30 seconds and switch off.
- Now Fried idly is ready to eat.
