EASY FRIED IDLY (For Kids Lunch Box)

INGREDIENTS :

Idly - 3 or 4 (Leftover idlis or fresh)

Idly podi - 5 tsp

Gingelly Oil - 3 tsp


METHOD :


  • Cut the idlis like french fries.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and spread the oil.
  • Place the idli pieces without sticking to one another.
  • Turn them to otherside when they become golden brown.
  • Now add the idly podi and give a stir. 
  • Keep it on flame for 30 seconds and switch off.
  • Now Fried idly is ready to eat.
